Don't Piss Off The Blogger.

This is a post I wanted to write for a while, but wasn't sure if I was going  to, I wanted to share some of my wisdom on the not so great points on being a blogger. I didn't want anyone to read this and think well she has only been doing this for just seven month's what does she know, she has a long way to go, I just wanted to write about some early experiences of being a new blogger and the not so good point's.
Don't get me wrong if you are reading this I love writing my blog posts and communicating with all my readers and maybe my up and coming ones, hint hint.  I am talking about some of the things I have learnt   on my brand new journey.   If I could share a little of my experiences so far or if you who have a blog of your own who have had similar experiences as  myself.
I work so hard on each post, when I write I really do think about what I am saying, I want to be as sincere  as I can on each one, but I do re read them several times over as I don't want to offend anyone, I would hate that, I am also really careful not to add anyone in them unless they want to be. I think that will take a bit more time. Or when I persuade them to be in it he he.
Us Blogger's  spend hours of our time on our posts thinking them out and getting the right tone, and trying to take the best picture's carefully selecting them.  I am still learning a lot though, I have learnt about back links how to increase my blog traffic and how important a Domain Authority  score is if you want to start working with companies, I had no idea these three things were so important, it did take me 6 months to figure it out, and now I am learning so much more.
I was  writing five posts a week, and I was so worried I would burn out or they would read rushed, which I think some of them do I am not telling you which ones 😁.  I was exhausted.  I now stick to around two better constructed ones (I hope).
I am not the best at taking  photographs I will be honest,  I use my mobile phone, I do not like fiddling with the photo's too much, in  a lot of them I have no make up on, I just want the pictures to look like me, not some airbrushed liar. I just don't believe in fake, That's not why I started this blog.
And last and not least other bloggers out there are so lovely I haven't come across anyone horrible yet, they are helpful and wish everyone else their best, probably because they understand how hard each other works, but a word of warning  be respectful and never piss off the blogger, which is why I called this post that title. We are loyal about our work and protectful  of each other.

International Women's Day. Who Is Your Inspirational Women.

This is Anna, my Grandmother, and I have chosen her as my Inspirational women for International Women's day 2019.    Anna, my Grandmother was born in April 1907 on the East Coast of Italy, in another time, and another place, long before I was even thought of.  I have chosen my Grandmother today  because she was a strong confident women who had a hard life with no money no decent home and sometimes no shoes on her feet as she used to tell me.  My Grandmother got married at 18 in Pink and had four daughter's the youngest of whom was my own Mother.  My Grandfather was a farmer/soldier and when the second world war broke out my Grandfather was in the war, my Nan as I always called her, was on her own in war torn Italy with four daughter ages ranging from 13 downwards to 6 years old,  if we think of poverty in our towns and cities today according to my Nan's  standards they where horrendously poor only eating what they could grow and what they could kill.  During the war for…

Santi's Handmade Jewellery, Review.

This post contains advertising links.

Hi to you all, I was approached by the lovely and talented Sofiya Dimitrova, creator of Santi's Homemade Jewellery.  You will find her fantastic website here Santi's handmade Jewellery  Who gifted me a lovely   Earing's   and bracelet set  to review.

The items arrived very quickly in a cute little pouch trimmed with a ribbon, I love jewellery so as you can imagine I was very excited to open it.   The earnings and bracelet  I was gifted are silver plated, wire wrapped with opal stone beads. The name Opal derives from the Sanskrit word upala which means "precious stone".  Sofiya designed this piece so it would go with any Summer outfit.
I loved the pure but subtle tones of the blue against the silver, and that the beads change colour in the light  the earnings are wired so delicately, and with care, you can tell that Sofiya takes great pride in her work.  Each piece has been lovingly handcraft, most of her pieces are made …

The Secret Blogger

Put your hands up who's a secret blogger,  me me me.  In a room full of people I would be the first to stand up, in a queue I would be well and truly at the front.  I am the Ultimate secret blogger I confess, anyone else come on own up.
On a serious note when, I started my blogging journey I really wanted something to do on a creative level if  20 or so people read my posts I would have been really happy, I never realised  that I would get this far, I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. I started my blog on July 17th 2018, only one person knew about it, my Brother I needed him for the technical bit, I will give him a shout out because he does read the blog don't you know, it took me about three weeks to tell my Sister, and one of my Nieces and my older Brother but no one else knows,   I feel quite like it's some kind of big hush hush secret, don't get me wrong I am proud of my little corner of the internet, I am just not ready to share it with …
