Well it had to be done didn't it! I have seen so many YouTube posts saying Vloganuary I am going to do my own Bloganuary and why not I hear you say. It's really a little post about my goals for 2019, I don't want to bore you with my diet and exercise goals but I will he he. It's what my Bloganuary is all about so lets start with excersie I do a power walk everyday about 20 mins or so and the workout with a YouTube fitness expert, but as from today I am doing the 50 mins workout with the trainer and not the 30 min one. I have pigged out over Christmas and I looked in the mirror and I have bloody spots not a lot a couple of big one's and a few little one's, I know they are what I call my Chocolate and Cheese spots.
The Chocolate tub is nearly empty the only ones left are the coconut one's and the ones with nuts left in which I hate. So everyone now knows who's been at the chocs, Guilty. I do have some cheese left but no more crackers yipee, just half a Panettone to go and Christmas temptation is over, so I completed the 50 min exercise this afternoon it went OK my readers OK I struggled a little at the end, but I will repeat if left alone tomorrow, I really like to exercise it helps with mental health, physical health and I sleep much better. I do like to be in the fresh air though and that's why I walk to. It's really cold here in the United Kingdom at the moment I love the cold air on my face it's so refreshing.
I must must declutter my wardrobe and take stuff to the charity shop, I was bought some clothes for Christmas and I opened the doors of my wardrobe to put them in and I stuffed them into a corner, I can't believe I did that but I have to sort out my old clothes. I have read some really great blog posts from other bloggers about decluttering and I am so jealous I don't want everything colour coded or alphabetical just tidy, start the New Year with a peaceful uncluttered home. Oh I just remembered I have two frozen yule logs still in the Freezer. Oh No.
