More Royal Babies And A Quiet Royal Wedding. I Hate My New Trainers.

Royal Baby.

This morning as I was eating my porridge, Lorraine Kelly with her face full of smiles announced on breakfast television that Harry and Meghan are having a baby, like we all ready didn't know, the way those two are,   I  knew it wouldn't  take them long, I had a feeling she was a couple of weeks ago, when they were in Sussex Prince Harry gave it away every time she went up some steps Harry grabbed her more than he usually does, but I think we all worked it out at Friday's Royal Wedding she was walking like a pregnant women as my Mum said, so it will be wall to wall coverage for months now, I like to hear when anyone has a happy announcement,  I think it will be the making of Prince Harry who looked really lonely following his Brother and Sister around, I am happy for them both, with this damn boring talk of Brexit it makes a nice happy news item for a change, but to announce it at your cousins wedding I am not so sure if you read the papers,  if it's true.

Feeling Sorry For Princess Eugenie.

I loved Fridays Royal Wedding apart from everyone nearly being  blown over, this mysterious couple who has been under the radar, emerged as naturally happy, loved up couple, she looked lovely and I loved her dress much more than Kate's and Meghan's, I felt very sorry for her because no one gave a damn even Sky and The BBC wouldn't show it, I watched it all on ITV the only Channel in the U.K that would cover the whole thing I think was really mean, because I love watching Royal Occasions, I know I know it's my secret guilty  pleasure, but I bet we all had a good nose, but I noticed even now  certain news papers still had horrendous pictures of Sarah Ferguson pulling horrible faces like they used to twenty years ago I am old enough to remember it. It's almost like they wanted to make this wedding hideous, but it turned out to be a lovely surprise and I think Princess Eugenie perhaps might have been a Royal emerging star, but I think Harry and Meghan put a stop to that this morning, Oh Well it was a good royal weekend anyway and good luck to them all.

I Hate My New Trainers.

On another little note,  I broke another pair of trainers, my lovely Navy and Gold one's had a huge hole in the sole, and are now in the bin heaven,  so I bought these.

I'm sorry but I hate them, I wanted them in black or navy they had all sold out so I thought I would give this grey colour ago I wore them for the first time yesterday I feel like Herman Munster in them, and with the colour you can see me coming from a mile off the ones I really wanted these. below, I saw about a month ago and didn't bloody buy them and now they are all sold out, if my trainers hadn't of broken I wouldn't have bought the above. Oh well what can you do .....................................

International Women's Day. Who Is Your Inspirational Women.

This is Anna, my Grandmother, and I have chosen her as my Inspirational women for International Women's day 2019.    Anna, my Grandmother was born in April 1907 on the East Coast of Italy, in another time, and another place, long before I was even thought of.  I have chosen my Grandmother today  because she was a strong confident women who had a hard life with no money no decent home and sometimes no shoes on her feet as she used to tell me.  My Grandmother got married at 18 in Pink and had four daughter's the youngest of whom was my own Mother.  My Grandfather was a farmer/soldier and when the second world war broke out my Grandfather was in the war, my Nan as I always called her, was on her own in war torn Italy with four daughter ages ranging from 13 downwards to 6 years old,  if we think of poverty in our towns and cities today according to my Nan's  standards they where horrendously poor only eating what they could grow and what they could kill.  During the war for…

Youtube's Lucy Wyndham-Read, My New Online Personal Trainer.

I have started a new fitness routine, I have always loved keeping fit since my late twenty's till today, it's funny that when I was at school I hated sports or games as we call it here in the UK, I was always the last or second to last in a race and was never picked for any team I did however excel at Volley Ball (no idea why) and I was good at dance, but of course my school abandoned the volley ball team. at age thirteen, but I did do dance lessons from the age of seven till sixteen, I had  dreams of being a dancer on Top of the Pops, (yeah right).
From about the age of 27 I started to workout to keep fit DVD's and they worked they really did, and I actually enjoyed it, I became pretty fit and had a nice little figure too,  but alas time has gone on and the years have gone by and by the time I was 35 I started to realize I couldn't do the DVD's that I was doing a few years back and was struggling to do any more that 20 mins each time, and eventually  I started …

Why I Hate Love Island.

I know this will not be  popular  with a lot of the  British public, but I hate ITV1's  Love Island, there I have said it. Am I the only one?  I feel on a daily basis the only one.   Last Summer this show, about lovely young men and women on an holiday island  was on and all my  female friends and some of my  family were watching it, they were fascinated, next to the photocopier they were fascinated, going out for drinks with my girlfriends all I could hear was he fancies her she snogged him, so I felt like an absolute freak when I suddenly shouted to out "I have never seen it", all heads turned and looked at me in amazement, eyes wide and mouths open, one or two heads shaking in amazement, "what" one particular friend   cried out "never?".  They were horrified I felt like I wanted the ground to swallow me up whole.
So I must confess that night I went home put on Youtube typed in Love Island and there were lots of lots of older clips I saw one tha…

Llangollen International Festival

Sponsored  Post with links.

Hi all, I have some very exciting news to tell you all, I have been asked to write a pre-review of a fantastic blogging opportunity. I was so excited when I was chosen. I have always wanted to go to this ever since I was little and have never been.

FAMILY FRIENDLY INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL FOR ALL.  It is a weeks long family friendly celebration which is full of music and dance and culture at the Llangollen Eisteddfod, I was born and have  grown up in North Wales and the Eisteddfod has been a huge part of my life, I have always known that the  people of the area as a child look forward to the festival every year, and it is part of Welsh culture and beyond. The very first festival was in June 1947 listed as a celebration of peace and harmony, and they are right, the whole festival is about music dance  and culture, there will be over 5,000 international performances from all over the world to entertain visitors to the beautiful and serene town of Llangollen, No…
