Bad Bridesmaid Story.

                                                 25th August 2018

                                             Bride and Bridesmaids bouquets

I was discussing Wedding's with some friends the other day. and we asked each other how many times we had been bridesmaid's at other people's wedding's, I have a couple of time's for family member's  we all  started to reminisce about the past, who was drunk and fell over and who got there marriage vows wrong at  the most important time, and what the hell did she have on, just the usual naughty gossip, that we sometimes go on about. I listen to the other ladies story's and laughed along with the group, I of course and recounted a very special story of my own I was about 11 and was a Bridesmaid, for a family member,  I was so excited to be in a Princess Dress and shoes and felt very special, we went to the hairdressers and I had my hair blow dried in the 80's fashion, had my nails painted and some slight make up done, in my hair was a lovely floral clip, I felt Great. We got in the car and us girls were pushed and shoved into a car that was far to small for our frilly dresses. After what seemed like an eternity, I could see the steeple of the church in the distance, yes I was squashed in the middle seat, when we arrived at the church, the chief bridesmaid got out and then I did, all of a sudden I felt a fist punch me on my arm she accused me of stamping on her dress,  I didn't touch her dress, she went on and on like a stuck record all the way down the aisle and during the service she was whispering under her breath hissing like a nasty snake, she was the fakest person on the planet all nice to my family then giving me dirty looks all through the photographs, her dress by the way was absolutely fine I hadn't touch it and there was no damage.
We were on our way to the reception venue I didn't really want to get in the same car as her, but I had no choice, as I stepped out of the car to go into the hotel she stamped on my dress picked it up ripped the frill at the bottom right off so it was dragging on the floor, got her heel on her shoe and put it clean through the white hoop skirt underneath,  where the wire came poking out and that started to  drag  on the floor behind me, she then walked past me and said "see how you like it" my dress was damaged and her's was immaculate, when I walked up to my family they looked horrified and I said "look what she did to my dress",  no one of course believed me, when she was questioned she said I ripped my own dress "why the hell would I do that", I thought. after the Wedding my Princess bridesmaid dress hung in my wardrobe damaged and torn and every time I looked at it I remembered that Bad Bridesmaid's face. In the end it ended up with a charity.  I am so sure that every bridesmaid around the world has had a Bad Bridesmaid story of there very own they want to share.

Climate Change Tips, What You Can Do To Help.

With all the talk about climate change, and all the protests in London at the moment, I wanted to do a little research about it, of course I have heard of climate change, since the late eighties, when I first heard of the term The Ozone Layer, we did learn a little about it, but to be truthful it never really went any further than that.  But lately with all the talk around I have been thinking very carefully about this planet we have borrowed to live on.
I have done a lot of reading on the subject  in the last week and have been surprised how many things I can do to help climate change I  have decided to adopt some if not all of them for myself, some I already have done without realising that I had.  Can you imagine if all of us do our bit for the planet we might be able to save so much of it for future generations. Here are my tips, can you help?

1,  Start walking more, it's good for your mind and your body, I already do  this I walk everywhere I can.

I came to the conclusion of, why am I worrying life is to short just go with it. And I did.

Ciao Italia

International Women's Day. Who Is Your Inspirational Women.

This is Anna, my Grandmother, and I have chosen her as my Inspirational women for International Women's day 2019.    Anna, my Grandmother was born in April 1907 on the East Coast of Italy, in another time, and another place, long before I was even thought of.  I have chosen my Grandmother today  because she was a strong confident women who had a hard life with no money no decent home and sometimes no shoes on her feet as she used to tell me.  My Grandmother got married at 18 in Pink and had four daughter's the youngest of whom was my own Mother.  My Grandfather was a farmer/soldier and when the second world war broke out my Grandfather was in the war, my Nan as I always called her, was on her own in war torn Italy with four daughter ages ranging from 13 downwards to 6 years old,  if we think of poverty in our towns and cities today according to my Nan's  standards they where horrendously poor only eating what they could grow and what they could kill.  During the war for…

I hope you have not been reading all the horrible comments from the trolls, that I have been reading including the awful and ridiculous one's  that has been on your very own Instagram account in the last few days, it just makes me realise  that in reading them, you can tell how much people believe what they read in online newspapers and magazine's  and over social media how ill informed they all are and how all these made up stories are ridiculous so obviously untrue it's laughable, for example your post the other day on your Instagram account where you unfollowed  everyone, if they had bothered reading it they would ha…
